Dear valued tenants and residents

Following previous comms regarding repairs to water mains this evening,
please note that the Precinct will be conducting planned maintenance on its water infrastructure on Friday evening of this week.

Maintenance will take place between Friday midnight and 6am on Saturday.

During this time, hotel guests and residents will be able to use the back-up water supply, and we will endeavour to restore the main water supply by 6am 21 June 2025.

We apologise for the interruption and inconvenience caused, but appreciate your understanding during this time.

Dear valued tenants and residents

Please note that there is a serious water leak on the precinct, and in order to attend to and rectify the issue, we will need to turn off the main water supply to the precinct.

After thorough investigation, it is not possible to isolate the repair without affecting the main water supply, and the water will be turned off from 10pm this evening. The broken pipe will be removed and replaced, a process that will take approximately 3 hours, due to the depth of the location, which is two metres underground.

During this time, hotel guests and residents will be able to use the back-up water supply, and we endeavour to restore the main water supply by 1am on Wednesday, 18 June 2025.

We apologise for the interruption and inconvenience caused, but appreciate your understanding during this time.
