Dear Tenant

Please note that Netflix will be hosting the unique event "Nevermore 4 Evermore Night of a Thousand Wednesdays" on 1 August 2025. Registration will take place at the Piazza from 5pm.

The event features a street procession culminating in an anti-normie funeral, RIP to "Boring", with 1000 participants dressed up and expected to draw over 400 pax, a number of influencers and two radio stations 974 and YFM will be broadcasting live from the Piazza.

  *   Load in will take place from today, Thursday, 31 July 2025, from 6am. The set up will be complete on Friday, 1 August by 12pm.
  *   Crescent Drive will be access controlled from, 6am 1 August, 2025
  *   On event day, Whiteley Road will be access controlled from Corner Whiteley & Melrose Boulevard, from 4.30PM - 6.30PM
  *   Strike will take place on the same day from 10PM

Attached is the floor layout plan for your reference.

We anticipate very busy Friday evening, and members of the public will be permitted to interact and experience the activation on High Street from 7PM
