[Melrose Arch Tenant] Tenant Comms | Luxury reimagined Daytona Rolls-Royce Opening 2025

Dear valued Tenants

Daytona will be hosting a private event -The opening of Rolls-Royce at their dealerships on Whiteley Road on the 1 February, 2025 from 18h00 - to 00:00

Due to the event requirement, it has been agreed that Whiteley Road will be closed off to normal traffic, from 15:00 till after the event at 00:00.

>From 15:00

  *   Whiteley Road, between Athol Oaklands drive and Melrose Boulevard, will be closed to all traffic.
  *   Access control measures will be put in place at the corner of Whiteley Road and Melrose Boulevard in order to allow businesses to operate as normal:

        *   Johannesburg Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch and Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! Johannesburg Melrose Arch guests
        *   Daytona customers
        *   The Grind Coffee Company and Arch Cycles - Customers (until 16:00)

  *   Whiteley gate, pedestrian entry and exit will remain possible until 17:30

>From 17:30 until after the event (around midnight)

     *   Whiteley gates at Athol Oaklands drive will be closed completely. Pedestrians will be directed to enter or egress the precinct via Parking entrance 4 along Sunnyside Road
     *   Access control at Whiteley Road and Melrose Boulevard as mentioned above will remain in place in order to allow Johannesburg Marriott Hotel Melrose Arch and Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! Johannesburg Melrose Arch their guests
     *   All deliveries (Uber Eats, Checkers Sixty60, Take a lot etc) for One on Whiteley will be directed to enter at Parking entrance 4, (Sunnyside Road-Padel Courts) from where they will be able to proceed to ground floor - One on Whiteley, Concierge.
     *   Ground floor movement to and from One and Whiteley will be directed via the basement just below One on Whiteley, by means of either the lifts or escalator.

In addition, there will be security personnel stationed at the various locations in order to direct people and control traffic.
