Dear tenant,

Kindy take note of the following scheduled works:

Africa Rope Access will be carrying out façade works on 10 High Street, starting on 18th August and expected to be completed by 27th August. The specific section being worked on is indicated below.

Prior to waterproofing the slab, the team will need to grind and high-pressure wash the surface.

Please note the following:

  *   Grinding will be noisy and will affect all neighbouring tenants.
  *   The grinding work will take place from 18th to 20th August.
  *   Parking bays on High Street will be temporarily blocked off during this period for safety, as the team will be working overhead.
  *   High-pressure washing and waterproofing will follow the grinding works.
