[Melrose Arch Tenant] Important Notice for Tenants and Residents I 34 Melrose Boulevard

[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear tenant and residents,

A tenant at 34 Melrose Boulevard will receive a large delivery on Saturday, 26 April 2025 involving a truck with a crane. To facilitate this delivery, road closures and diversions will take place as follows:

On the 26 April:

  *   04:00
     *   Melrose Boulevard's west bound lanes between High Street and Crescent drive will be totally closed.
     *   Melrose Boulevard's south bound lane between Crescent Drive and High Street will be split into two lanes in order to accommodate both north bound and west bound traffic.


  *   08:00 - 09:30
     *   The crane truck will arrive and park outside 34 Melrose Boulevard's entrance
     *   The truck will off load the items using a crane
     *   Security personnel will assist with diverting pedestrians and vehicles during this time.


  *   09:30

  *   Once the items are offloaded, the truck will be moved and Security will re-open the road for normal traffic.
