[Melrose Arch Tenant] Reminder: Notification of Upcoming Repairs: 18 and 24 Crescent Drive

Dear All,

Please be advised that repairs to lose tiles on 18 and 24 Crescent Drive will commence during this month.

Below are the details of the methodology and timeline:

Methodology
Scaffolding
- Erection of scaffolding in the courtyard and High Street elevation: 22 April 2025
- Scaffolding will cover the full façade on the High Street elevation
- Scheduled removal: 5 May 2025 (latest)

Cherry picker
- Arrival and deployment on Crescent Drive elevation: 23 April 2025

Drilling and Façade Tiling Repairs
- Commencement: 22 April 2025
- Estimated completion: 2 May 2025

Important Notice
Please be aware that the above timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen conditions on the façades or inclement weather.
The repairs will generate noise and may disrupt occupants and surrounding tenants.
