Subject: FACADE WORKS - Crescent / High Street | Rudolph and Van Vuuren

Dear tenant,

Please take note of the program schedule outlined below for the repair and fastening of existing tiles on the building facades.

PROGRAMME

     *   BIDVEST / STARBUCKS BUILDING

                                                               i.      Scaffold - the erection of the scaffold will commence on 22.04.2025 in the courtyard and the High Street elevation. The scaffold will be removed on 05.05.2025 at the latest. The scaffold will cover the full façade on the High Street elevation.

                                                             ii.      Cherrypicker - the cherrypicker will arrive on 23.04.2025 to be utilised on the Crescent Drive elevation.

                                                           iii.      The drilling and façade tiling repairs will commence on 22.04.2025 and be completed on 02.05.2025. This will be noisy and will disrupt the occupants and the surrounding tenants.

     *   4 HIGH STREET

                                                               i.      The cherrypicker will be utilised to access and repair the loose tiles on the façade of this building.

                                                             ii.      The cherrypicker will be moved after completion at Bidvest/starbucks building on circa 04.05.2025.

                                                           iii.      The façade repairs will occurs from 04.05.2025 to 09.05.2025.

                                                           iv.      During this time, the mosaics on the penthouse suite balconies (3 in total) will be removed and the walls plastered.

                                                             v.      Once completed, paint work will be done to the balconies

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ABOVE TIME FRAMES ARE ESTIMATES AND CAN CHANGE DEPENDING ON WHAT WE ENCOUNTER ON THE FACADES.
