Dear valued tenants,

As you are aware, Melrose Arch has the pleasure and privilege of hosting South African Fashion Week between between 25 and 27 September 2024; with the fashion shows taking place in the Green Basement.
In light of the event's specific requirements, the Green Basement parking area between 20 Piazza, 11 Crescent Drive and 37 High Street has been identified as the ideal location for an event of this nature.

As per the attached drawing, the aforementioned parking area will be impacted between 24 and 30 September 2024. The load-in and build up to the event will commence on Tuesday, 24 September 2024 (Heritage Day) and load-out will take place from Saturday, 28 September 2024 to Monday, 30 September 2024.

As you can imagine, the event requires a large space to make it a commercial success, and if you normally use this parking area, we kindly request that you seek alternative parking in the basement during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and appreciate your support and cooperation, as we take on hosting this prestigious event in the precinct.
