[Melrose Arch Tenant] Long standing vehicles - Green basement | 12 September 2024

        Dear valued tenant,
As you are aware, Melrose Arch will be hosting South African Fashion Week between between 25 and 27 September 2024, with the fashion shows taking place in the Green Basement.
The two vehicles, as shown below, have been stationed in the same parking bays in the Green Basement for more than a week, and it appears that they have been abandoned.
We kindly request that you move the aforementioned vehicles out of these bays by Wednesday, 18 September 2024, as the bays that these vehicles are occupying have been identified as event space for South African Fashion Week. Should these vehicles not be moved timeously, they will be towed away. (Owners will be responsible for the cost hereof)
We appreciate your support and cooperation during this time, as we take on hosting this prestigious event in the precinct.
