In line with our ongoing commitment to becoming more sustainABLE and our dedication to investing in innovative green initiatives, Melrose Arch is going ticketless gradually. The future of parking is here, and we are proud to launch the ticketless parking system, Parket, which will provide a seamless and convenient parking service in the precinct from 1 December 2024.  Designed to offer unparalleled convenience and efficiency, this innovative parking solution eliminates the need for paper tickets, providing a seamless, cashless parking experience where your number plate is your ticket.
In partnership with Parket, this new system will use advanced number plate recognition technology and user-friendly software to simplify parking, and users can download the Parket app to their smartphones to be able to park and go without any hassle. We are excited to introduce this efficient parking system and service, and encourage you to get in touch with the Parket team, in order to make parking for your visitors seamless and stress-free. Please note that from 1 December 2024, Ka Ching will no longer be available as a payment method; however, the manual pay points will be phased out gradually over the next three months.
