Dear All,

Following our initial communication, please be advised that there will be no generator power during the first 30 to 40 minutes of the electrical maintenance work.
Generator power will be restored after this initial period and will remain available until the work is completed, which should not exceed two (2) hours.

If you have any uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) or alternative standby power sources on your premises, please ensure that they are in proper working order.

Kindly note that we will be commencing our annual maintenance on the 26-11-2024 to 28-11-2024 (Tuesday to Thursday) on the LV,MV and Switch Gear serving your building and your premises.

Please note that during this time, all electrical equipment, plug points and switches must be treated as live.

Please ensure that all data is backed up, that all servers are shut down or are in safe mode.

Should you have any UPS's or alternate sources of standby power within your premises, please ensure that the equipment is in working order.
