[Evergreen Muizenberg]

Dear Residents,

The replacement of the faulty equipment has been completed and attached you will see all the new extensions for the previously affected lines. This however did not result in a complete solution to the problem we experienced and the Telecare units remain affected.

Houses 1 to 64 and Apartments 1 to 29 and 101 to 115 will at this point in time not have functioning Telecare units and must, until we are able to resolve the last part of the problem completely, continue to make use of the Emergency contact protocol document and contact numbers shared earlier this week.

Our technical team continues to work behind the scenes to resolve the remaining issues and affected Telecare unit connections.
