        Dear Residents,

As we begin the new year, we have been reviewing our systems to see where we can further improve efficiencies and enhance the way we deliver
services to you. One area we continue to focus on is our maintenance department, as it plays an important role in the day-to-day comfort of our community.

There are several factors that can influence maintenance turnaround times, and we would like to share a few points to help clarify how the process works and
how we can work together to achieve the best possible outcomes:

  *   Maintenance logging procedure
Attached you will find the approved logging procedure for all maintenance requests. This system enables us to track requests accurately, prioritise work,
and plan effectively - particularly for tasks carried out by our on-site team.

When requests are logged through this process, it greatly assists us in ensuring nothing is missed and that progress can be monitored. For this reason, it
remains the recognised method for submitting maintenance requests.

  *   Timelines and expectations
Maintenance timelines can vary depending on the nature of the request, availability of resources, and required materials. While our team always aims to
respond as quickly as possible, non-emergency items may not be attended to immediately if teams are already engaged in scheduled work.

An inspection indicates that the request has entered the system and that assessment has taken place, even if repairs cannot follow straight away.

  *   Maintenance protocols and responsibilities
Also attached are the maintenance protocols, which align with our house rules. These outline the areas of responsibility for maintenance and infrastructure, as agreed to in each signed life-right agreement. These guidelines help ensure consistency and fairness for all residents and remain applicable at all levels of management.

We would like to sincerely thank all residents who have supported the refinements made to our processes over the past six months. Your cooperation has helped us make meaningful improvements and has contributed to smoother operations overall.
