[Evergreen Muizenberg] Effectively Logging Maintenance Requests

[Evergreen Muizenberg]

Dear Residents,

Attached you will find a notice explaining a change in how maintenance requests will be recorded going forward. After some assessment of the existing procedure, it was found that the procedure leaves too much room for error and requests falling through the cracks.

I trust that we will be able to have a better understanding of pending work across the village and also how to maximize our resources to the benefit of all residents.
