[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Residents,

One of Evergreen's brand pillars is fostering a strong sense of community. This is especially important in our shared spaces, such as the Lifestyle Centre and other common areas, where every resident should feel welcome, comfortable, and respected.

To help maintain this sense of community, we kindly ask all residents and their guests to observe the following guidelines when using these shared facilities:

*        Respect shared use of seating, equipment, and facilities - ensure others also have an opportunity to enjoy them.
*        Phone use in communal areas should be discreet, both when making phone calls and general phone use, to avoid disturbing others who may be relaxing, reading, or socializing.
*        Background music is played to enhance the ambiance of the space. While musical taste varies, this is done with the intention of creating a warm and inviting environment for all.
The volume will be managed appropriately but cannot be changed constantly to suit the varied preferences of everyone in the space.
*        Tidy up after use and leave the space as you found it, ready for the next person to enjoy.
