Dear Resident

I would like to welcome everyone back from your travels and I trust you had a wonderful and joyous festive season with family and friends. Please enjoy the 2025 weekly What's Happening, as we are getting back to our regular activities.

We have undertaken the refurbishment of the Ladies and Men's toilets in the Lifestyle Centre and they are looking smart. The refurbishment team will be starting on the Gym toilets and showers next week and ALL activities in the Gym will be cancelled for the whole of next week. Residents are welcome to use the Gym Equipment before 8am and after 5pm.

Please note that Kim Whitworth and Amanda Norawana are on annual leave. Kim will only return on Wednesday, 22 January and Amanda will return on Monday, 27th January.

In addition, we are experiencing big problems with the irrigation and little water in the tanks due to leaks in the system. We have arranged for Cape Irrigation, who have been closed for the season, to visit and investigate. We hope to have this back up and running as soon as we can.
