[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

Dear Resident,

Please find attached the Evergreen Lifestyle Villages House Rules for your reference.

Please note:
Lake Michelle Homeowners Association (LMHOA) has its own set of Estate Rules which apply to all common property and the general estate.

How the House Rules apply at Lake Michelle
For clarity, only the sections of the Evergreen Lifestyle Villages House Rules that relate to the Unit itself - the unit owned by Evergreen and leased to you under your Life Right Agreement - are applicable at Lake Michelle. All other areas, including gardens, roads and amenities, fall under the Lake Michelle HOA Estate Rules.

Visiting other Evergreen villages
If you visit or stay at any other Evergreen Lifestyle Village, the complete Evergreen Lifestyle Villages House Rules will apply to you for the duration of your visit.

Should you have any questions on which rules apply where, please contact the Village office and we'll be happy to clarify.
