[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

Dear All,

APPEAL FOR ASSISTANCE

Last week Thursday, approximately 100 homes burnt down in Khayelitsha.
This time of the year, many students and particularly Matrics, are preparing to write final exams. These same students returned home on Thursday to ashes, their only belongings all gone.
These families have already received assistance with building materials to start re-building their homes and have made steady progress.
However, they are in desperate need of;


  *   Clothes (Male and Female)
  *   Shoes
  *   Pillows and Blankets
  *   Toiletries (Soap, Toothpaste and Brush, Face Cloth etc.)
  *   Cleaning Materials (Dishwashing Liquid, Handy Andy etc.)
  *   Non- Perishable Food (Baked Beans, Maize Meal, Oil, Sugar, Instant Coffee etc.)


As Evergreen Lifestyle staff, my team and I have committed to drive this process and to contribute to this cause in our personal capacity.
Any contribution you make, regardless of size, will be impactful, so please be so kind as to deliver any of the above items to the reception desk at your village. Secondhand clothing and linen will be highly appreciated.

We will collate and distribute on Friday this week, so time is of the essence.
