Please find attached notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 August 2025 at 13:00 in the Noordhoek Lifestyle Centre.

Kindly take note of point 2 of the notice in terms of how we manage questions in the AGM, also note that we will not be printing out AGM packs for residents on the day of the meeting.
