[Evergreen Diep River]

        Dear Residents,

We are always happy to see residents make units their home as it brings life and personality to what would otherwise just be buildings.

It is however important to remember that we must maintain some structure and uniformity with regards to what can be seen from outside our village. In this case
I need to highlight our patios as that is what is most obvious from the road. Earlier today I noticed several balconies were filled with washing racks, delicates hanging
from windows, some patio's severely cluttered and canvas awning covers in very poor condition.

As per attached the House Rules and below extract I would like to ask all residents to support us in maintaining a pleasing view of our village.

Should you have any questions or need assistance to removing any heavy items from your balcony, please contact myself or Amanda directly so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
