[Evergreen Broadacres]

Dear Resident,

Please be advised that on the 8th of April, the Evergreen Health team will be collecting the flu vaccinations, per the resident's booking schedule, from a pharmacy in Hillbrow. However, due to regulations, we are only permitted to collect 100 vials at a time.

In accordance with the Department of Health's guidelines, we are required to collect the vaccinations in the morning, administer them, and return the cooler box to the pharmacy by 17:00 on the same day.

As the time frame for administering the vaccinations is limited, we kindly ask that residents whom have requested a vaccine, begin arriving at the clubhouse from 11:00. The vaccinations will be administered by two Evergreen Health staff members in the Boardroom between 11:00 and 14:30, after which the cooler box will be returned to the pharmacy.

Once the allocated stock for the day has been depleted, we will send an update and we will also inform you as soon as the Department of Health confirms a new date for collecting additional vaccines.
