        Dear House Residents,

Voltano will be implementing the TID rollover on prepaid electricity meters on Thursday 01 August 2024, as per below.  (this will not affect apartment residents).

Please read through the below and ensure you have all tokens loaded by Thursday and that you are not buying any new tokens on Thursday the 1st of August 2024.
The first is to be treated as the roll over day and if you purchase on the day you will loose your tokens.

Any residents that are not sure of how to do the rollover as per the below letter, please contact receptions to put your name on the list to be assisted with this.
Duty Managers will then work their way through the list and try and assist residents.
