        Dear Residents,

I would like to inform you that the agreement between Evergreen Bergvliet and Servest Catering Solutions has been mutually terminated. We are
currently in the process of selecting a new service provider, with a tentative termination date for the current service set for Thursday, 31 July 2025.

In the meantime, we have arranged for The Freedom Foods team to host the upcoming social dinner. Over the past year, Darren and his team have
successfully managed the catering services at Evergreen Noordhoek and we look forward to an amazing experience with them. The dinner menu will be
shared in the newsletter later today, and bookings will close on Tuesday morning at 10:00.
