[Evergreen Bergvliet] Urgent Landscaping Project

[Evergreen Bergvliet]

        Dear Residents,

We have received a formal notification from Council instructing us to have certain alien and invasive vegetation in our village removed immediately to avoid fines.

Based on the above instruction, starting tomorrow 24 May, we have had to contract with an expert landscaping company to remove all alien and invasive vegetation from a section of the berm area. They will concentrate on the area behind houses 5, 7, and 13.

The project is anticipated to last 7 to 10 working days. During this time, the parking area at the bottom of the first road on the left upon entering the village will be inaccessible. Contractors will commence work in the berm area at 08:00 each morning (excluding Saturday and Sunday) While some noise is expected, efforts will be made to minimize disruptions before 09:00.

Further information and timelines regarding this project will be shared in due course.
