        Dear Residents,
I would like to advise you of a couple of changes to the village team for the next few months.
As you are all aware, Shaakirah has started her maternity leave and we have decided to not fill her position with a temporary replacement for the period she will be away. I am confident that the team will all help fill the void to ensure it is business as usual on all fronts.
In a second change and in line with Evergreen's staff development program, a position has become available at the latest addition to the Evergreen Lifestyle Villages portfolio, Evergreen Sitari. It has been decided that Mfundo with all his experience is a perfect candidate to assist in the opening of the new village and will be moving to Evergreen Sitari from the 1st of April.
With the same development plan in mind, we have decided to give Melvinita a few more opportunities in a "junior duty manager" capacity to fill Mfundo's shoes. She has shown tremendous growth in the past few months and she thoroughly deserves an opportunity to continue her development here at Evergreen Bergvliet.
None of the above moves is considered permanent for the time being however and we will add one additional resource on a temporary basis. Kristen Shanglee will be joining the team as a receptionist also as of 1 April.
