        Dear Residents,

I hope you all made good use of the complimentary coffee that was available in the clubhouse during the holidays.

As previously communicated, this free service could not continue forever as the coffee machine rental and other related supplies needs to be paid for.

To cover these expenses, all coffees will be charged at R25 per cup going forward.

A permanent self-help coffee station will be set up and will function completely on an "honesty basis".

Enjoying a cup of coffee is as easy as pressing a button and recording your order in the provided book. This will then be charged directly to your monthly account.

If you need any assistance the team will be more than happy to assist you.
