[Evergreen Bergvliet]

        Dear Residents,

While WhatsApp offers a quick and convenient way to communicate on the Resident Group, it appears to have taken over the primary communication channels established within our village structures. Many of our team members
work shifts and have irregular schedules and even when on duty, we frequently move around the village and may not always check our phones. Therefore, I kindly request that we limit the use of WhatsApp to appropriate topics and
times rather than a convenience to replace emails and the internal phone lines. Receiving messages outside of working hours and through the wrong channels can affect our response times and is unnecessary when other team members
are available on-site to assist.


  *   Reception will continue to act as our "traffic controllers," relaying any requests to the appropriate team members.
  *   Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays from 08:00 to 17:00. Please utilize this on-site resource during these hours.

  *   For any emergencies that occur after hours, please make a phone call rather than sending a WhatsApp message. We do not want any delays in getting residents the necessary emergency assistance required, no matter what time of the day or night.
  *   General day to day operational matters should however not be treated like an emergency and must be addressed during office hours.
