        Dear Residents,

Thank you to everyone that took the time to attend the Town Hall meeting in the Clubhouse last week.

Two action points agreed on in the meeting will require responses from residents and are noted below:


  1.  Poor cell phone reception

In order to submit requests to cell phone operators to improve their service to our area by making use of the mast that was recently

installed on the Bergvliet High School's sports grounds, we would need to know which network each resident is subscribed to. Once we

have gathered this information we will submit requests to each network. Please be so kind as to contact reception and to confirm your

network details as soon as possible.



  1.  Sharing of ManCom Minutes and monthly Village Accounts

Some residents indicated that they would like to receive copies of the quarterly ManCom minutes and also the Monthly Financial

Accounts. Should you wish to receive this information, please send me an email directly so that I can add you to the mailing list.
