[Evergreen Bergvliet] Notice: Alan Baxter

        Dear Residents,

As many of you are already aware, Alan and Margaret Baxter will be leaving Evergreen Bergvliet at the end of November.
Alan has subsequently resigned from his position as ResCom Chairperson and until further notice the position will be filled
by Brian Dalton, the Vice Chairman, in an acting capacity. Alan and Margaret joined Evergreen Bergvliet in September 2020.
The past eighteen months, Alan has been chairperson of ResCom. Under Alan's leadership the ResCom spent a tremendous
amount of their time on enhancing the lives of residents and the village as a whole. Alan provided wise and balanced guidance
to the committee and has been a fair and ethical chairperson and his in-depth knowledge of business and management
matters were taken on board to better our community for all residents to enjoy on a regular basis.

Please join us in thanking Alan for the contribution he has made to this village in the time that he served as
chairperson, and in wishing him and Margaret good health and happiness with their new adventure.
