        Dear Residents,

Thank you to everyone who RSVP'd and will be attending this year's AGM at The Steenberg Estate.

Please note the following points relating to tomorrow's AGM

When arriving at Steenberg:

  *   Please leave on time to allow for travel and to and entry protocols at Steenberg Estate.
  *   Please provide your surname to the security team on arrival. An attendance list of all RSVP's has been provided to Estate Management.
  *   Please have your driver's licence ready to avoid any delays at the security entrance.
  *   No parking will be reserved and can be utilised based on availability.
  *   There will be team members directing you to the venue where the AGM will be hosted.
