        Dear Residents,

You might have noticed some new faces within the village operational team. I am delighted to have a full team of motivated and excited staff ready to assist our residents.

In order for us to service your needs and requirements as efficiently and effectively as possible I would like to share some roles and responsibilities of individual team members with you.

The duties and functions listed on the attached document explains broadly some of the responsibilities the individual team members might be involved in or contribute to the process involving
the work that forms part of a function. The roles often change and is flexible to accommodate operational requirements and to play towards individual strengths where team members can
contribute to the overall performance and success of the village.

We welcomed the following new staff members;

Shaakirah Davids                            (Receptionist)
Brian Maneli                                   (Utility Worker)
Jamey George                                 (Duty Manager)

Furthermore, we believe in building and growing our talent and the following staff were promoted earlier this year;

Nadeem Fredericks                        (Maintenance Technician to Assistant Maintenance Manager)
Angeline Roman                             (Maintenance Handyman to Maintenance technician)
Muneer Solomons                         (Utility Worker to Maintenance Handyman)

Congratulations and thank you for the hard work, effort and commitment shown.

>From September you will see adjusted operating hours in preparation for and in line with services that will be offered going forward. This is not only to have more appropriate
coverage across more hours daily, but also to improve the communication and response times to residents across the board. It has been great to see how everyone has
integrated into one team in the short period of time we have had the additional team members with us.

I would like to extend a huge 'Thank You' to each and every resident that has warmly welcomed our new staff members into the village. I would also like to personally acknowledge all
the residents that have contacted me to express gratitude and support of the new team members.

The team and I are confident that we are not only going to meet your expectations, but exceed them.
