Herewith a reminder with regards to the Evergreen Maintenance Protocol.

All Maintenance issues are to be logged with Reception for us to create a job card for the work to be carried out.

For any variation, kindly request the necessary forms from Reception to formally follow the Variation Order process.

No agreement binding the company will come into effect unless reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorised director of the company.
