Dear Resident,

Please find attached the minutes of the Rescom meeting held on Monday 18th July.

You will find that this document contains more information than in the past, that is because many key issues were tabled at the recent Resident's Meeting, to which more were added at the AGM, accordingly your Rescom formed the opinion that resident's must have detailed communication on all of these matters.
These minutes also describe the skills inventory survey in which resident's have participated, and via which many of you have kindly volunteered your services. Rescom thanks all resident's for their help in the various surveys undertaken in the past few weeks, and village management in making progress on numerous previously unresolved matters of concern.
