        Dear Resident,

With the Local Elections just around the corner here is some information to assist you with registering in the correct Ward (Evergreen Bergvliet is Ward 71 in Voting District 97130538)
The new registration and voting station is located at: SCOUTS HALL, LADIES MILE SERVICE ROAD

You can either visit there on 18 & 19 September 2021 or alternatively Register/update registration with the IEC online by clicking on the link here https://registertovote.elections.org.za/voter-online-registration/overview<https://registertovote.elections.org.za/voter-online-registration/overview> and follow the prompts.

We will register you for a Special Vote.  This means the IEC will come to the village so you can cast your vote (date to be confirmed). All you need to do, is complete the Special Vote Registration Form attached (MEC_35 Application for special vote) and return this completed document to reception for submission to the IEC by no later than 21 September 2021. Copies are available from reception.
