        Dear Residents,


FIRE EXTINGUISHER SERVICING:


All fire extinguishers need to be serviced once a year, it is now time to have your fire extinguisher serviced.

We have arranged with SA Firewatch to service all the fire extinguishers, the cost of servicing your extinguisher is R74.75 including VAT, this will be billed to your levy account.

We will collect the fire extinguishers on Wednesday, 15 September 2021 from 09h00.  Please have them ready for our team.

Please ensure the following:


  1.  Sign the fire extinguisher form when your extinguishers are being dropped off after the service to confirm receipt of your extinguisher;
  2.  Your unit number is clearly marked on your fire extinguisher.
