[Evergreen Bergvliet] ELV BGV>Social Dinner Menu - March 2021*

We are happy to inform you that we have introduced our Tuesday night social dinners again from next week, Tuesday, 16 March at 6.30pm.

We have attached this month's menus for your pursual and look forward to seeing you in the Clubhouse every week. Please note that due to social distancing protocols, we have limited seating and can only accommodate 28 residents each social evening (four per table).

As we have only announced our social dinners today, please can you book by no later than Monday, 15th March by 10am. Should you wish to reserve a table, please do so when you book for dinner on Ext 0200. Remember to bring your own wine, beer or refreshments.

In future, all reservations must be made with Christina (Western Province Catering) at the Bistro on Ext 0200. Bookings must be confirmed by no later than 2pm on Friday, for catering purposes as seating is limited due to COVID protocols. Please pay for your meal either by account, cash or credit card. Unfortunately, NO LATE BOOKINGS will be accepted. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will unfortunately have to be charged to your account.

We urge our residents to continue to follow all safety protocols. Pease ensure that you wear a three-ply mask over your nose and mouth at all times when leaving your home and when you are in the clubhouse; wash your hands and sanitise; practice social distancing of at least two meters.
