[Evergreen Bergvliet]

        Dear Fellow residents,

We, your Rescom Committee wish to raise the following concern with you all.

The concern is the speeding within the village - this has been an ongoing  problem and has been raised at Committee level  on many occasions - is often mentioned in the Minutes which are sent out to the residents.   It is also mentioned in the weekly "What's Happening" letter.

Unfortunately and in many cases has fallen on deaf ears.

There are always villagers around enjoying their walks and can be put into vulnerable situations if a car comes past at some speed and could possible lead to an unfortunate incident which we wish to avoid at all costs.
We would ask that you PLEASE adhere to the 20km signage and also inform any visitors prior to their arrival of the required speed limit.

We will also ask that Security be informed and they in turn advise any contractor to adhere to the 20km limit.

Let our village confines be a safe and SPEED FREE happy environment.
