[Evergreen Bergvliet]

        Dear Resident

As reports and statistics are showing, we have officially entered the Third Wave of Covid-19. The country has moved into an adjusted Level 3 lockdown, the new restrictions are as follows:

  *   The hours of curfew are from 22h00 - 04h00
  *   Non-essential establishments such as bars and fitness centres must close at 21h00
  *   All gatherings will be limited to 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors. Where the venue is too small to accommodate appropriate social distancing, 50% of the floor space may be used.
  *   Attendance at funerals and cremation may not exceed 50 people.
  *   Night vigils and after-funeral gatherings remain prohibited.
  *   The sale of alcohol for off-site consumption is permitted between 10h00 - 18h00 from Monday to Thursday.
  *   On-site alcohol consumption may continue until 21h00, subject to liquor licenses.
  *   Alcohol in public is strictly prohibited.
We encourage all residents to keep on practicing physical distancing by keeping 2m apart; wearing a mask over your nose and mouth when you are in a public place; ensuring good ventilation by meeting outdoors and having windows open in buildings and vehicles; hand washing and sanitising frequently; and staying at home if you feel sick.

We would again like to reiterate to all residents to please alert the Village Management as soon as you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, such as a sore throat; a fever or increased temperature; a dry cough; body aches; or shortness of breath; loss of taste and/or smell. If you suspect that you have coronavirus symptoms, please call the clinic or reception for assistance - please DO NOT come to the clubhouse. It is vital that you report to Village Management as soon as you are not feeling well and that you isolate and do not socialize with other residents.

Furthermore, should you or any of your family go for a Covid-19 test, we request that you inform us immediately. Please do not let them visit you until they receive a negative result and we have been informed.

We ask that all residents coming to the Clubhouse make use of the Clinic entrance only and please sanitize upon entry.

You are our main concern and your health and safety is very important to us - we are ready to assist in any way we can.
