VILLAGE MANAGEMENT UPDATE

I hope that you are all keeping warm and safe.

A couple months ago Michael Liffmann was seconded to Evergreen Bergvliet to support Shawn and the management team with the operations of the village. Subsequently, Michael has taken up a new challenge of refurbishing and re-opening the Winchester Mansions Hotel in Sea Point, he started this role on the 1st of August. I would like to thank Michael for his efforts and also congratulate him on the birth of his Daughter Ella-Rose born on 8 July.

To this end, and after reviewing our management structures, Bronwyn Davis will be moving to Evergreen Bergvliet from 11 August 2021. Bronwyn is the Hospitality Manager for the Evergreen Lifestyle business and has a myriad of experience within the company, she has been a Village Manager at Evergreen Noordhoek and will add great value to the management team at Evergreen Bergvliet.

Shawn Ferreira will remain the Interim Village Manager and is responsible for the daily village operations, he will be supported by Bronwyn, Nomfundo and the rest of the team and will liaise with the Rescom and residents alike.

I thank you for your support of Shawn and the team over the past couple of months, I urge you to continue along the same vein and also to welcome Bronwyn to the village.
