[Evergreen Bergvliet] ELV BGV>Circular 28 - Utility, Domestic & Maintenance Services Annual Increase 2020

        Dear Resident

The annual increase for services is due to come into effect on the 1st of June 2020. Last year we managed to keep the increase down to 4.8% - this year it will be slightly higher.

Please note that service rates will be increased as follows:

Domestic and utility worker

R50 per hour

R55 per hour

Maintenance /Handyman

R110 per 30 minutes

R120 per 30 minutes

Maintenance / Handyman

R180 per 60 minutes

R190 per 60 minutes

Our domestic services are very popular and should you cancel the service on the day it is booked, it will unfortunately have to be charged out. Please contact reception to book either your domestic service or utility/general service, when services resume.

Please note that these services will only resume when Level 2 of the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions gets put into place. These services get charged out in arrears and so this increase will only reflect on the next month's levy statements.
