[Evergreen Bergvliet]

        Dear Resident

Please note that the temporary vibracrete fence at units 47/48 and at unit 65 between the apartment basement entrance/exit will be removed today, opening up the Apartments to the village. The road pavers at #47/48 will be repaired today. In addition, the temporary electric fence between phase 5 and the village (#47,48,49,50,51) will be removed and the perimeter electric fence on Firgrove Rd, Barn Rd and Starke Rd will be made "live" today.

We respectfully request that you do not venture into the apartments on your own as it is still a "building site". We are excited to accompany you on a "walk about" as scheduled on Monday, 29 July at 3.30pm, as arranged. If you have note already done so, please place your name on the list at reception for catering purposes.
