What’s happening next week: 25/06/2018 – 30/06/2018

We would like to wish Yvonne Whitford (Unit 14) a very Happy Birthday for 28th June.

Our Social Dinner on Tuesday, 26 June is at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse. We will be serving a choice of Hungarian Goulash OR Chicken Forrestier – bacon and mushroom cream sauce both served with parsley rice & roasted root vegetables. This will be followed by Chocolate Mousse with cream & chocolate twigs, coffee/tea. We kindly request that you book at reception or call Ext 300. Booking and payment is required by no later than 12pm on Monday, 25 June. Unfortunately, NO late bookings can be accepted and there will be no refund in the event of a no-show.

Please join Jean van Rhyn for the continuation of The Crown - a Netflix drama series which chronicles the life of Queen Elizabeth II from the 1940's to modern times, in the Clubhouse tomorrow, SATURDAY, 23 June from 1pm. Bring along refreshments and snacks.

The Egyptian themed evening will take place on Friday, 29 July at 18h30. Red Lentil soup with pita bread will be served as a starter, followed by braised lamb OR herby grilled chicken both served with saffron rice with raisins & crispy onions and seasonal vegetables. This will be followed by Apple and rosewater cake with roasted almonds and honeyed yoghurt and coffee/tea. Please book and pay Andréa at reception by Wednesday, 27 June. Cost: R165 per person.
