What’s happening next week: 20/08/2018 – 26/08/2018

Our Social Dinner to be held on Tuesday, 21 August will be held at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse. We will be serving a choice of Steak & Ale served with mashed potatoes OR Oven baked fish with herbed butter served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables followed by Howards apple pie. We kindly request that you book at reception or call Ext 300. Booking and payment is required by no later than 12pm on Monday, 20 August. Unfortunately, NO late bookings can be accepted and there will be no refund in the event of a no-show

A reminder that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 30 August at 2pm. The notice of the AGM has been emailed and those residents who do not have email will find their notice in their post boxes.

PUB NIGHT will take place on Friday, 31 August. Booklets are available to purchase from Andréa at reception at R100 per booklet as no cash will be taken on the night.

Forthcoming Events:

  *   Movie Night will take place on Saturday, 01 September, please contact Paddy Fordyce on Ext 152 for more information. Details of movie to follow in next week’s “what’s happening”
  *   The Ladies Brunch is set to take place on Thursday, 6 September at 11am. R80 per person. Please call Andréa on Ext 300 to book.
  *   The Flower Art Demonstration by Jacky Orton will take place on Wednesday, 5 September at 2pm. A tea will follow thereafter. For seating and catering purposes, please call Andréa on Ext 300 to book.

Please note that Roshaan will be on leave next week from Wednesday, 22 August till Friday, 24 August. If you have any maintenance issues, please report it to Andréa on Ext 300 and we will do everything we can to attend to your maintenance issues.
