[Evergreen Bergvliet] ELV BGV>Circular 26 - 2018 New levy structure proposal

        Dear Residents

We had a very successful meeting on Wednesday, 8 August with residents who had the opportunity of asking questions about the proposed new levy structures.

Just a note on a few items:

-       The proposed levy structure is not compulsory and residents have the option to stay on their current levy structure as per their existing Life Right Agreements.

-       We encourage residents to discuss this with their families and/or financial advisors.

-       Please let us know officially in writing if you wish to move across to the new levy structure.

-       The normal annual increase to your levy will be put into effect on 01 September. If you wish to move across to the new levy structure, this will only be effected on 01 October.

If you wish to discuss this further with Adam Kajee or Derek Drew or if you require any additional information, please let me know so that I can set up a meeting with them/obtain information.
