With the imminent increase of levies due in September, Evergreen Lifestyle Village has proposed a new levy structure for your consideration and we would like to do a presentation on Wednesday, 8 August at 3.30pm in the Clubhouse.

It has always been our philosophy that no profit is made from levies but rather to break-even. The amount payable for levies is directly related to the size of the village. The addition of the new houses and apartments presented us with an opportunity to recalculate levies based on the completed scheme of 122 units. The proposal also aims to bring parity within the village as many residents are currently on different levy structures. Although the new 35 houses are due to be occupied early in 2019 and the Apartments a little later on in the year, Evergreen would like residents to benefit from the new structure as soon as possible.

A letter will be sent to you on Monday, outlining your personal levy structure for your consideration. Should you wish to get additional information, please join us for the presentation on Wednesday which will followed by a Q&A session.
