What’s happening next week 05/06/2017 – 11/06/2017

We would like to wish Lyn Law (Unit 38) a Happy Birthday for 5th June.

Our Social Dinner will take place on Tuesday, 06 June at 6:30pm for 7:00pm in the Clubhouse. We will be serving a choice of Beef bobotie OR Lentil, coconut & roasted butternut babotie with caramelised onion served with fragrant rice & sambals. This will be followed by milk tart with fig coulis & cream and coffee/tea. We kindly request that you book and pay Andréa on Ext 300 by 12pm on Monday, 05 June 2017. No  late bookings can be accepted and there will be no refund in the event of a no-show.  Please make every effort to pay and sign for your meal by Tuesday morning.

Movie night will take place on Saturday, 10 June at 19h00. The Intern – A retired 70-year-old successful business owner and widower, Ben Whittaker has discovered that retirement isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game, he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded by Jules Ostin, a young, career-driven woman. Starring Robert de Niro and Anne Hathaway. Sunday Roast Lunch will be held on 11 June in the clubhouse from 12:30pm. Roast lamb and mint sauce will be served with roast potatoes & seasonal veg. Followed by a delicious dessert. Please book with Andréa at reception on Ext 300 by no later than Friday, 09 April. Cost: R150 per person.

We are excited to have a live Harpist Performance, Christy-Lyn who will be giving a live performance in the Clubhouse on Wednesday, 14 June at 19h00. This is a bring and share, please book with Andréa on Ext 300 for seating purposes.

Our Coffee Break IT Workshop will take place on Monday, 19 June at 10:30pm. Meet Kyle Knight, our technology specialist in the Clubhouse and chat to him about and the benefits of smartphones and anything else you need clarity on.

The Music Evening will take place on Wednesday, 21 June at 19h00. Please contact Herman Poelmann on Ext 115 if you would like to attend.
