Dear Residents

It is with regret that we advise our residents of RN Adri Venter resignation from Unique Health for personal family reasons. She will be leaving Evergreen Bergvliet at the end of this month. I will update you with information on her replacement as soon as the appointment has been finalised.

In the meantime please note that the clinic times are as follows:
Monday           (AM)    07h00 - 12h00
Tuesday          (PM)    13h30 - 16h00
Wednesday     (AM)    07h00 - 12h00
Thursday         (PM)    13h30 - 16h00
Friday              By Appointment

In addition, your home is equipped with a Telecare medical emergency unit. The Telecare unit provides a link to our healthcare centre that is staffed 24 hours a day and 24/7, it is also linked to a medical emergency call centre, at the touch of a button. The system has three buttons: the yellow button which contacts the Healthcare Centre in the village directly; the blue button which is the monitoring call and the red button which contacts Telecare directly in the event of an emergency. If you believe that you or your partner is experiencing a medical emergency, do not hesitate to push the red button. The call centre is managed 24/7 and medical help will be dispatched immediately.
