-       A reminder that Christine Dempers is on on leave and will return on Wednesday, 4 January 2016. Please contact me should you require any assistance or in the event of an emergency with on Ext 300 or dial **022 from you internal phone after hours.

-       Please be advised that our maintenance department  is closed and will reopen on Monday, 9 January 2017. Please contact me on my speed dial number (**022) for any maintenance emergencies.

-       Don’t forget our festive New Year’s Eve party (Bring & Share) which is set to take place on Saturday, 31 December at 10:00pm. All welcome. Please call Andréa on Ext 300 to indicate if you will be attending. For further information, please call Ronnie van Reenen on Ext 104

-       Please note that on Tuesday, 27 December I will pop-in at the village at 3pm and will be on site for an hour, should you have any queries please feel free to contact me during that time.



-       CITY OF CAPE TOWN REFUSE REMOVAL
            Public Holidays 26/12 and 02/01
            Please be advised that the collection of refuse by the City of Cape Town will be done as usual on Monday 26th December and Monday 02nd January.
            Roshaan will be present on both mornings to collect bins and to place them in the main road for City of Cape Town. Security will assist in returning these bins to your yard once the rubbish has been emptied.
