<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">Any Tenants who fall within the Permitted Sectors allowed to return to work (a draft Framework is attached for information purposes, but is subject to change when the Government issues its final
Regulations) and who do plan to return to the Melrose Arch Precinct on 01 May 2020 must please urgently submit the following to Reiner Henschel at

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">All Tenants returning to the Melrose Arch Precinct will be required to comply with ALL Government Regulations applicable as well as any additional requirements put in place by the Melrose Arch
Precinct. A set of guidelines will also be provided to all tenants, which will prescribe movement and protocols around the Precinct, including within the buildings. This will also provide basic guidelines for what a tenant should be taking care of within their
premises, including screening of staff.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:12.0pt">We would recommend that tenants deep clean and sanitize their premises before reopening and that a schedule is put in place for regular cleaning/sanitization.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
