<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">A group of men impersonating couriers, are targeting retailers shortly after they have taken receipt of parcels. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">These criminals who are dressed in familiar courier garb, will claim that some of the items that were delivered needed to be returned to their company, while citing various reasons.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">Unbeknownst to the shop assistant, he or she will generally believe that there was a delivery fault and comply with the request, thereafter allowing the “courier” to take some of the delivered parcels away. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">Only afterwards will it be established that it was a scam, and that the actual courier company has no knowledge of the return.
